Is it worth evolving a perfect pidgeotto?

A Pidgeot with wing attack/hurricane has one of the best DPS in the game. They are a great counter to Exeggutor and other grass types. One of the most underrated pokemon in the game.

I always evolve my strong Pidgeottos into Pidgeots. I guess it kinda depends on how hungry are you for xp? I'm about to hit 31 tonight so I'm not that worried about xp anymore.

pidgeot with best move set can not out dps dragonite against grass type ,despite dragonite have no type advantage.

yes pidgeot can out dps any mon if you only account flying type dps.

if you already powered all your T1 and T1.2 attackers to max ,power up a pidgeot can be optimal.
