Useless legacy movesets that might become useful now

I am a legacy moves collector and I've been going through my collection a lot recently looking for interesting specimens that I have been just ignoring all this time because, despite their rarity, many of them are just storage hogs that I keep because I have hoarding habits that thankfully only manifest in digital form (I think. I hope?). In any case, with the introduction of PVP and second charge moves, which previously "useless" legacy Pokemon do you think might get some decent uses once they get access to a secondary attack? Do not speculate based on which species you assume will dominate the meta at the beginning, but rather on which scenarios might be advantageous for crazy things like Bulldoze Arcanine or Megahorn Rhydon. This is just for fun.
I have a perfect Stone Edge Blaziken that is aching to see some action (too bad it'll probably miss out on BB).

I have a feeling the stone edge blaziken wont be too good for PvP, as its a glass cannons and defense seems to be whats important for PvP first and foremost, but it might see some use.

I'm really exceited to have my dragon claw dragonite get some use, she's ~360 cp, great for getting rid of those protects the opponent has.

I know, it will be pretty lame but unexpected for sure haha
My legacy dragonite is maxed unfortunately, but at least I'll be able to put an outrage on it now

All movesets can theoretically be useful in PvP since youll have no idea what you are up against until battle begins. This is the most exciting aspect for me

Oh, for sure! But there are some interesting ones that I think can be highlighted. Stone Edge Machamp sounds extremely ridiculous on paper until you realize that once it is given DP, it will have both an optimal moveset and an anti-air option, which is one of its hard-counters.

I don't think they'll be necessarily game-changing as far as PvP is concerned, but I'm actually very excited to potentially unlock Outrage for my Dragon Claw Dragonite and Dynamic Punch for my Cross-Chop Machamp! Those legacy movesets aren't optimal but they're both so much fun to use, so I'm psyched to give each of them their optimal charge move as well as the speedy, fun, legacy moves! :)

A second charge move is just exciting in general! It opens up so much creativity with some species, and even more so if we see expansions of move-pools.

I wish I had a Cross-Chop Machamp
I agree with everything you said, regardless of use in battle, just giving the option for legacy beasts to also have their optimal sets is fantastic. They will not have to be relegated to just trophy status anymore and some might even have some surprises for unaware PVP opponents. Exciting stuff
