Are rare Pokémon spawns boosted?
When biking back home from school (~4 km), I encountered a wild Blissey, Dratini, Beldum, Electabuzz and Larvitar. Only the Larvitar was weatherboosted. The Blissey was near a gym in the forest, and the Larvitar was near a Pokéstop. The other 3 weren't close to a Pokéstop/gym. I never come across rare Pokémon on this short trip, only a few grass-type starters in the forest.
I live in a fairly small village (about 30k inhabitants).
Is it just me, or did this happen to you too?

Sounds like some awesome RNG in your favour, but I have noticed an increase in the amount of uncommon (to my area, anyway) spawns (Tangela, Electabuzz, Magmar, etc.) in my area since the end of the CD event. Nothing as extreme as a wild Blissey (I've only ever seen 1 of them) or even a Beldum/Dratini/Larvitar, but certainly Mon's I haven't seen in the Wild very much.
