When did Skarmory first appear as a Tier 3 Raid Boss?

I saw Skarmory today as a Tier 3 raid boss. I did the raid solo and won a narrow victory. I don't recall seeing it as a raid boss before? When did that occur?

The raid boss list on this website was updated a small week ago. So I guess Skarmory has been around for a little longer than that.

It appeared when the Let's Go/Meltan event started on the 16th.
