Is this gyarados worth it?

I thought every people's pokemon on this site was 93-100%. That's amazing!

Keep it, not power it...

It would make a good dragonite counter but there are a few of those already...I wouldnt power it

At least yours is better than mine... mine has Twister. I've kept my Dragon Breath Gyarados and felt like it is still worthwhile to keep for taking down Dragonites.

I wouldn't power it up though since it should do it's job fairly well at that CP.

I would not power it up. DB/DP on a gyardos is gonna be similar to a Slowbro/Blastoise with Ice beam against Dragonite. Id save it and charge a fortune when trading comes. Let somebody else power it up its a very rare Pokemon after all.
