Having spent hours trying to catch a shiny Pinsir last week (and failing, despite friends I was with catching several), my luck reversed with Cyndaquils - first catch was a shiny and picked up 5 in the first hour. I was with a group and most people managed 1 in the hour. For the second hour I didn't get any shinys. I was less lucky with IVs though!

Snowing a lot and my daughters bday party so didnt have any time to go out ...but I do get a spawn or 2 at my house .... first one that popped up was a shiny! Then short time later another popped up and also a shiny! 2 for 2 ... amazing! Didnt have to leave my house! Crazy since I usually go out and catch them by the bucket loads and sometimes takes me so long to finally get a shiny . Anyone else get good luck with catching them this time?
