IV calculator bug?

For some reasons I can't calculate this Arbok's IV. I even tried to level her up (4 times to the next level) because I thought it was some visual cp bug, but apparently it wasn't, I still can't calculate her cp. This arbok is amazing with max attack and defense when appraised

You sure about that team appraisal? Putting in the CP, HP, and power up dust gives me these as potential results.

game bug then? but I don't know how this bug is triggered lol. I will attach the appraisal images

Strange,I tried one of my own Pokemon and it worked for that one.
So maybe a bug or something.

I then used Pokeassistant for your Arbok and according to that calculator it's 97,8% :D

Thx, first time hearing about this website, I tried and it says 14/15/15, pretty strange that these 2 calculators yield different results
