I had to check this for myself. It's got some surprisingly impressive DPS but it is notably glassier than other options in the same general area of overall effectiveness such as Swampert and HC Blastoise. 3rd highest non-legendary DPS is still pretty good though and could be a welcome addition to unique solos or Pokedraft formats.
