So I got a 98% Mewtwo when it was on regular raids. I tried to get psychic moved but I got everything else. Is it possible to get psychic for Mewtwo now? I wasted 10 charge TMS.

Just bad luck, mate. It's still one of the available moves.

Its possible, but Its every tm intensive, you have only a 1 in 4 shot each tm you use to get psychic.
