What Charmander to evolve?!?

Hello Guys,
I didnt have the luck to get a decent highlvl charmander out of the Starter Event ... so im stuck with limited options.

I got 224 charmander candy and 80k stardust. My only charizard has 91% IV but Ember/Flamethrower (1515CP), so i need to evolve another one.

My options for charmanders are:
73%IV - Lvl29 - 14/10/09 ->Lvl 40: 2593CP Charizard
73%IV - Lvl27 - 13/09/11 ->Lvl 40: 2590CP "
82%IV - Lvl09 - 11/13/13 ->Lvl 40: 2612CP "
91%IV - Lvl05 - 13/15/13 ->Lvl 40: 2648CP "

What would recommend?
Thanks for the help!
Greetings!

For attack, the level 29 one definitely.

So as i can see, i already have one for defending ... so you think i should evolve the first one und power it up the max?

Nope, depend on the moveset, and power it up a little bit over level 30 if it is good.

Charizard is one of the coolest mons but, unfortunately, it is just average in terms of usefulness.

I would power up the Level 29 one, look at the moveset and if it checks out, start using it right away to take down gyms. See if you like it before you invest more dust / candy (which are back to being hard to get). The Levels 9 and 5 are not usable as-is and require too much of an investment for a pokemon that is cool but not that useful.

Just my 2 cents...

FWIW, I have NINE Charizards - SEVEN have Ember / Flamethrower and TWO have Ember / Dragon Claw :-( Hopefully you are more lucky than I am!!

oh wow and I thought I was unlucky with 2 ember/FT :O
Did you power up any of them? If yes, is it compareable to Flareon with FT?

Try the first one - if the moveset is good you might want to power it up a little, but I wouldn't take it that high as he's not the most useful Pokemon out there.

If the first one fails try the second.

If no.2 fails I'd hold off for an egg hatch rather than spend the dust on 3 or 4.

For what it's worth, level 39 is the max Pokémon level.

In my case, I already caught a smallish 800CP Charizard for the dex and to prestige with early when I started playing so even with 250 candies and a few in the 86-88% range, I'm not even bothering to evolve them since I figure I'll eventually get a hatched one with 90%+ IVs or higher.

The candy is hard to come by for me so with Charizard not necessary, I don't feel a rush to evolve or power it up.
