Kanto starters

I'm near to reach the trainer level 38 once I reach it I'm going to be able to max my pokemons.
I will max my first Mewtwo and the Kanto starters.

For sure:
Blastoise 100 IV WG/HC (lvl 37.5) My favorite pokemon
Venasaur 96 IV VW/FP (lvl 31)

My doubt is on wich Charizard, I got 3 candidates but I will only max one of them (A/D/HP).

Charizard 100 IV FS/O (lvl 35)
Charizard 91 IV 13/13/15 FS/BB (lvl31)
Charizard 68 IV 15/13/3 FS/BB (lvl30) Shiny
