Evolving Rhydon and friends

They’re not released yet. Only the starters and a few others have been released so far

I'm guessing they will release them as part of some event revolving around the evo items.

What a dumb decision. I don't know how many pokemon were released, but somewhere in the range of 40 including evolutions would've been my bare expectation.
I didn't think the staggered bunches would suck like this : /
