Has an Abra ever given you a second chance to catch it?

I can remember maybe one time very early on. Especially after fast catching was discovered I never bother to click on an Abra again because the chance it's still there is so small.

I've seen two Abra that did not run on the first break out.

Flee rate is listed as 99%, so that does leave a small 1% chance to stay.

Happened to me a few days ago.

Has a 99% flee rate. The odds of an Abra not fleeing are roughly the same as a wild Pokemon having IV's of 90%+.

The odds of an Abra not fleeing then having 100% IVs are 409600 to 1.

Ever since I knew the flee rate chances and I started paying attention, I have never seen one staying

My very first Abra took me 3 tries to catch. After that, I HATED Abra because every other one fled if it jumped out. I don't think I've had a single Abra stick around after jumping out of the first ball since then.
