Which Pokemon to keep and to power up?

Trying to make some decissions, before I found this site, made some mistakes probably. On this moment I have 3 pokemon that I keep powering up. Because of the good move set and a 90% IV. (I read on this site about def/off there is a difference)
I'm level 26 and have more than 150k stardust. (but trying to hold this always above 100k, previous weekend I collected 50k stardust for example)

Starmie IV 97.78 15/15/14 with water gun/Hydro pump
Exeggetur IV 95.56 15/13/15 with Zen headbutt/solar beam.
Flareon IV 91.11 15/14/12 with ember/fire blast.

This are maxed level (power ups)

I have also following, and I would likely have a second advice on them :)

I was thinking of bringing Golem, Nidoqueen also to the next level with power ups? What would You do with the others?
Are there others You would power up, or doing different?
