Well you have about a month to keep trying for better ones in raids! Unfortunately extrasensory isn’t a great fast move but confusion is a legacy move. Alolan Exeggutor is a great alternative but it’s no longer in raids.

Personally I’d just keep raiding and try for a better one. There’s no real need for Exeggutor unless you’re lacking psychic types for machamp raids, which are gone this month anyway.

Probably depends on how long you think we'll be waiting for Gen 4.

I have C/Ps, E/SeedB and BS/SolarB, all 93-98% IV and maxed out, and unfortunately they’re rarely used ever nowadays :(

I need to invent challenges like non-legendary solos to be able to use them, or for gym defense.

Depends on your grass and psychic collection, but I wouldn’t power them up right now.

An 89% Max attack Exeggutor is totally viable. I'll suggest you change Extrasensory for Bullet Seed. Exeggutors are great Pokémon to use on certain raids or for gym defense on clear weather.
