Possible edit to Deoxys Guide?

Just thought I would mention that in the new guide entitled Deoxys Normal Forme Counters & its Place in the Meta, the following statement is made:
"In the current game master, Deoxys-Normal has Psycho Boost, Zap Cannon, and Hyper Beam as charge moves"

It is possible I am misunderstanding what a 'game master' is but isn't his electric type move Thunderbolt rather than Zap Cannon?
