Mewtwo bulk question
Does a mewtwo with 12 iv in def and hp have higher bulk or does a mewtwo with 15 def and 10 hp in iv have higher bulk?
They both have 15 atk iv so I don’t know how to choose

The generalized bulk coefficient for any Pokemon is its HP times its defense. So, Bulk = (baseDef + defIV)*(baseStam + stamIV) * CPM^2. Since we are simply comparing two Mewtwo of the same level, we don't need to worry about CPM. For the 12-12, this gives
(182 + 12)*(193 + 12) = 39,770, while the other has (182 + 15)*(193+10) = 39,991. According to this simplified metric, the second Mewtwo has more bulk. However, this method is better at comparing bulk between two separate species, rather than two of the same, since IV's are relatively small compared to the base stats. As someone already said, you may instead want to look at breakpoints for the matchups for which you intend to use your Mewtwo. Hope this helps!
I'd lean towards the 10/15/15 (s/a/d) because I like defense more than stamina. Three points of defense should save you at least one HP per charged attack taken, so if you take two, it's a wash, three it's a win. Of course, the next charged attack will knock either one out anyway, so not that relevant.
