Depends if you're looking at this from a defensive point of view or offensive? I'd say offensive you'd definately want one with Hydro Pump. Defensively though your water gun/water pulse Vapo should be great. The whole idea of Water Pulse is that Vapo takes so much damage he can pretty much constantly spam pulse and dish out way more damage then Hydro Pump would. (along with it being harder to constantly dodge). This would also partially remove the downside of water gun being a poor defensive move.

Vaporeon Movesets?
I've got a high IV 90% Vaporeon with Water Gun, Water Pulse. I've read that this is the best defensive moveset for Vaporeon but given how bad Water Gun is as a defensive move and how used to Vaporeon most attackers are, should I keep this one or keep trying to get another one with Hydro Pump? I've already used the Rainer name trick so it's all RNG now.
