Save for Tyranitar, or use on mewtwo
So i've been accumulating some SPB (Silver pinab berries) and been wondering what to use them on.
I know EX raid mewtwo are a 6% catch rate, but raid tyrnatiar are 5%, and Tyrantiar raids give out 10 candy per catch. unlike mewtwo's 3. So im wondering what would be the better one to use them on.
For mewtwo the whole month will likely boil down to pass burn for catch candy for pre-existing/future EX mewtwo if shadow ball is still in EX raids, if mewtwo from the month dont have a special move. But that does mean that mewtwo raids are going to be *a lot* more common as opposed to the tyrantiar raids (which currently are gone, but likely will return after this kanto event) that are somewhat rare. So i'm wondering what would be a better use of the SPB

Mewtwo needs rare candy. Ttar can be walked. 'Nuff Said.
I've caught plenty of Ttar on normal Pinap, before Silver Pinap was a thing. Caught one Mewtwo on Pinap, too. YMMV.
Another strategy is to start with pinap if the catch has lower IVs, but if it's (say) 93% or more, start with golden razz to increase catch chance. Set your own threshold.
I always use pinap berries on the first throw, sometimes more if I have a lot of premier balls.
Tyranitar is pretty easy to land great or excellent throws so I typically only use pinap berries to catch them until I get to the last few premier balls.
I’d save the silver pinaps for Mewtwo. There will likely be larger groups with mixed teams, limiting the amount of premier balls you could get.
We also don’t know if Mewtwo’s catch rate will change once it’s in normal raids as opposed to ex raids. Other legendaries have much lower catch rates, so it’d make sense for Mewtwo’s to be lowered as well
Neither, they are both easy enough to catch with regular pinaps. Unless of course they lower Mewtwo's catch rate to be more in line with regular legendaries.
I'm 67/79 on Tyranitar and 17/17 on Mewtwo, using regular pinaps until 3-4 balls left unless the boss has really good IV that I don't want to take any risks with. I know I caught 14 of the Mewtwos with pinaps and I'd estimate about 80% of the Tyranitars to have been caught with pinaps.
Save for Dialga or rerun of Rayquaza or something. It's not like you have a lot of silvers, no need to rush using them since it's quite a lot of work to accumulate more.
