For an even bigger power move, evolve her but don't power her up. Leave people scratching their heads at how a 45CP Blissey exists.

Being some one who has a lucky chansey, and a much better iv non lucky i've yet to power up either, I'd power up the perfect IV lucky.Especially with the 15 minute raid timers now, holding types before raids will likely be a lot more important when mewtwo comes around if the raid hatch timer is 15

I haven't set my mind to do anything with it, either power up or evolve or power up and evolve. A few days ago I just got a lucky ADS 141415 Blissey and I brought it to level 32 (cp 2800+). Although still having 301 chansey cany, powering it up or evolving it would cost a lot. Considering shiny would come out sooner or later, not sure what to do.

135K stardust and 304 candy to max.

I would first keep it unevolved. Most people have Blisseys; having a Chansey to put in gyms is good too. Can always choose to evolve later. Can't devolve.

Then I would power up little bit at a time whenever I find a "power up pokemon 5 times" research. In fact, I'm doing that right now with a lucky 91% Blissey. (Was already evolved when traded to me.)

It's a perfect lucky Chansey, still worth powering up from level 1 even though Chansey candy is precious. Congrats!

Thank you all for the suggestions! I will power it up gradually like Pipjay suggests, and set a baseline to keep the number of candy above it. It seems during this Kanto event Chansey spawning rate has boosted (have seen 3 since it started). Time to use some pinaps.

You have 300 candy. Why not max it right now? You aren't going to catch a better one.

It takes me 2 years to get this many candy lol. Who know when shiny will come?

I've already caught 3 wild Chanseys in this event without really going out of my way to hunt for them (twice didn't bother walking 300m when I saw one on nearby). You should definitely keep your eyes open for the next week.

It is literally impossible to get a better Chansey. Why would you power up a shiny with terrible IVs over a perfect one with half the stardust cost?
