What is the best 6 pokemon for battling when the option comes out?

When you are able to battle other trainers, what would be the 6 optimal pokemon with best move set for fighting?

Lapras due to undodgeable Blizzard and any high CP pokemon with low CD quick moves.

I would say Lapras, Snorlax, Dragonite, Vaporeon, Exxegutor/Arcanine/Slowbro. Possibly even Muk or Venusaur, depending on the types you expect your opponent to bring. In general I'd go for the offensive movesets. Just make sure they don't easily dodge fireblasts/solar beams and such.

@neoiw Blizzard being undodgeable is a myth. If you dodge after the yellow flash, you'll mitigate 75% of the damage.

Assuming that you'd have to choose before knowing what your opponent has and also assuming that all 6 Pokémon has to be different:

  1. Snorlax (Lick/Hyper Beam)
  2. Dragonite (Dragon Breath/Dragon Claw)
  3. Lapras (Frost Breath/Blizzard)
  4. Vaporeon (Water Gun/Hydro Pump)
  5. Arcanine (Fire Fang/Fire Blast)
  6. Exeggutor (Zen Headbutt/Solar Beam)

However, if you can't know which Pokémon fights which one, there is a risk bringing Arcanine because it will get absolutely demolished if it faces Vaporeon.
