First solution:
press appraise and your team leader will tell you which stat is his best stat. then you can line out "12/13/12".
second solution:
since you are lv 25, your pokemon can only reach LV25.5.
IV for a pokemon never changes. Sometimes iv calculator do not konw the exact number so it gives multiple results.
