10km egg rare Pokemon odds

I've hatched maybe a dozen or so 10km eggs now and have never gotten a dratini, Lapras, or Snorlax (and others like omanyte and kabuto but I don't care about them). At the same time I've gotten multiple onixes, pinsirs, and magmars. Is there a higher chance of getting these or other Pokemon compared to some of the better ones or do I just have bad luck?
