Alakazam 47% IV & Best Moveset Power up?
I have an Alakazam with 2014 CP and the Best Moveset (Psycho cut and Psychic), but only 47 % IV.
It's a good idea to power up this or wait and evolve an Abra with a good IV? I have only 47 abra candys.
Thanks for advice

2K is already more than enough to take down gyms
... and 90 Minutes are ok to take down a level-10-gym?
As i read your piece of advice, i could conclude, that 1500 are quite ok too, will be enough to take down every gym. It just takes a little longer and you maybe will need one or two potions and revives. It may take a little longer. Who cares?
In my oppinion, it is great to have real strong attackers. In my oppinion, it is great to have some HPs left and not to be forced to dodge every move. In my oppinion, attacking feels good when i don't have to revive after each round. In my oppinion, time matters.
There's a lot of advice on these boards not to power up attacking mons, but I think it's worth powering up elite attackers to the maximum possible CP. we are talking elite attackers here (Dragonite, Snorlax, Vaporeon, Alakazam), and preferably with good IVs (I personally use 91%+ as a rule of thumb for power ups).
I think I would just leave this Zam as is, just because his IVs aren't great.
I would use the cp-calculator and simulate what you want to do in advance. You can simulate the difference to perfect IVs.
Surely, you alakazam will have ca.100 CP less than a high-iv-one on the same level, but if you don't have another one, you can use the one you have.
Personally i would do the following:
(1) test it! Use it in gym-battling to see if you like this extreme dodging-attacking-style.
(2) if you like your alakazam, raise it till level 30 and use it, until you get a better one.
It may take quite a lot of dust and abra-candy to get a high-iv-perfect-moveset alakazam. This is a long-term-project, maybe Gen2 will be released earlyer and you will not have it until espeon is there.
If you really like to battle with alakazam, i see no better way than to use the one you already have.
