Sorting Moveset Grades

I just noticed that the sorting of moveset grades has changed. I uses to be able to sort from top to bottom and bottom to top. Now I can only sort one way.

Quick - can only be sorted in A - Z order
Charge - can only be sorted in Z - A order
Attack - can only be sorted low to high, X - A order
Defense - can only be sorted low to high, X - A order

Is anyone else seeing this? Was there a reason for the change?
