Change nickname button is back

People not up to the minute on Silph Road were asking every 90 secs about lucky trading, well, there was so much of that happening, the 24/7 ticker readers quickly buried this pretty big story as "already answered" within 45 minutes of it even being possible. I snuck an ask in a somewhat related thread and it looks to be be official/permanent/legit--current name---change it---change again and that is finally when the change name button disappears
