How can I add Attacks to Gen 4 Pokemon in GoBattleSim?

I can select Heatran, but not choose any Attack for it. Is there a way to do this? u/RyanOfTheDay did even add a custom Blast Burn for Charizard before it was out, as far as I remember. But I just want regular Fire Spin/Overheat. Thanks in advance.

It's under the blue "Customize" button. Under "Move" you can modify existing moves or add new ones and under "Species" you can modify species stats and move pools. Just write the move names into the fields (make sure they're typed correctly though). Save and refresh from the upper right corner above PokeType2.

EDIT: FS/OH Heatran has 16.114 DPS 502.3 TDO, compared to Moltres's 16.127 DPS 434.3 TDO and Entei's 15.418 DPS and 500.7 TDO. The best of both basically and its resistances make the TDO even higher in many matchups.

You don't really need to give Heatran Fire Spin and Overheat beforehand to run sims. You can just type "Fire Spin" / "Overheat" in the move input fields.

That said, there are two ways to add moves for Heatran:

1. Add Fire Spin and Overheat to Heatran's movepool manually: Click "Customize" -> Click "Species" -> Type "Heatran" and select Heatran from the dropdown in the "Pokemon Name" input field -> Type "Fire Spin" in "Fast Move Pool" field and type "Overheat" in "Charge Move Pool" field -> Click "Save".

2. Enable a mod to populate all future Pokemon's movesets: Click "Customize" -> Click "Mods" -> Check "Ultimate Future Pokemon Expansion" -> Click "Save".

After that, you will see Fire Spin and Overheat the next time you select Heatran!

Sorry if this is a dumb question: but are the Pokemon you can add under https://pokemongo.gamepress.gg/user/userID the same you use for GoBattleSim? I seem to cannot get it done.. Ho can I save Gen4 Pokemon with the moves? Enabling the mod did not work and giving Heatran those two moves did not either..

Edit: here is what I want to do: compare my current Fire (or other types) to future ones. I was thinking about putting them with different levels in my box and letting them battle against a raid boss. Can this be done?
Also: Is there a way to get the average DPS and TDO against all boss-movesets or do have to calculate it manually?

To average movesets, put "?" In the defender's move input fields.

I'm not sure whether the box supports Gen 4 Pokemon for now, but you can save a local battle party to achieve the similar effect.
