Evolve level 25 Nidoran♀ or not?

To be honest - whilst they're not bad, Nidorinos aren't exceptionally useful, so you're unlikely to want to power up much anyway. 73% IVs aren't bad so I'd probably go for it.

As you will not use Nidoqueen anyway, it is just for pokedex and somehow does not matter at all. Using stardust for a Nidoking or -queen would be wasted imo.

I would wait, unless you really want to get your first NidoQueen. I was very sad when Nidoqueen got nerfed. It's just not worth it to power them up.

You are only level 25 and will catch many many more Nidorans. I personally would wait. Don't waste any stardust for sure.

Meh. I can't count how many of both male and female versions I've evolved since July, and never once got a good move set (poison jab, earthquake).

Even though one of my goals is to have at least one of each mon with best attack move set, I've resigned myself to just being happy with the pokedex entry and moving on. I'll keep trying as I acquire candy, but I'll never spend any dust on them.
