Basis Attack-Stat of Cloyster is 186. Yours is 188, a perfect Cloyster would have 201. So effectivly your attacks are 6,5% weeker in comparison to a perfect cloyster, which may or may not have an effect in an actual battle situation, depending on rounding issues. Consequently, it would take you 6,5% more time to kill a dragonite. Your Cloysters CP are 6,5% lower than perfect Cloysters CP.

Bad attack stat question
I have a Cloyster with 2/15/15 and the ideal moveset. I was wondering how much less efficient it would be compared to a perfect IV Cloyster. When I caught it, the Shellder was already Lvl 30 and I was never going to waste dust on a Cloyster anyway so I just went for it.
