What was your experience at the Dortmund event?
Because of my own accidental laziness I actually didn't have to wait in a long line for hours like the people who got up at 5 A.M. The event itself was disappointing in that I thought there would be more regionals than just Corsola. The cell reception was spotty at best and non existent in some spots. Shiny Roselia was ok but I was hoping for something better for having traveled all the way there. Overall I'd give the event 7/10.

Had to spend a bit of money on travel and lodging but the group I was with made the expenses worth it. I was hit with the incense bug, destroying 6h of precious playtime on Saturday and causing me to miss a 100% Larvitar. Wasn't a fan of that.
The event spawns were somewhat disappointing due to the lack of Chansey. Liked Ralts and nothing wrong with boosted Larvitars, got a bunch of good ones thanks to the telegram group. I expected Corsola to be the only regional since they've never given out more than 1 in an event.
Their way of handling the issues was disappointing. I got 3x lucky egg, incense and star piece as compensation for wasted items but releasing Corsola to all of Europe was a slap on the face. At least they left us the Unowns to trade with.
Ended up with a very low number of shinies, 10/1200 catches. Without the 6h downtime, I'd rate the event a solid 8/10. Not worth traveling for without a group of friends to have fun with.
