What time does lunatone usually start appearing?

I read somewhere they only appear at night, and i was going to go hunt for one later but i dont know when they start spawning. Its 7:20 PM as of when this was posted (pacific time)

I'm pretty sure that it's 9 PM to 9 AM local (EDT) time where I am.

It's exactly 2 hours after the game turns to night time. And it can continue to spawn up to 2 hours after the sun rises in game.
