Tradepartners Valencia Spain/Hessen Germany

Hey i'm looking for potential future tradepartners around Valencia in Spain and Hessen in Germany as i'll be around these locations this year and as you need to level friendship to make special trades affordable i thought this might help to set some up in advance :)
