What raid bosses would I use kyogre for?
I'm debating which kyogre to power (13a 13hp 15def will be 3450cp and 142hp at 30 or 15a 10hp 14def will be 3441 with 140hp at 30).
I want to see if the higher attack one hits a break point.
It doesn't on entei.
Who else would I use kyogre against? Seems like Rock attackers would be better against moltres or Ho-Oh. Maybe regirock? Anyone else?

Yeah thats about it, theres not a lot of water weak legendaries, and of those, theres a few with better counters else where, namely moltres and ho-oh being double weak to rock, and regirock packing Zapcannon, that leaves just Groudon and Entei (who both seem like likely returns given entei not being a research reward and Groudon not getting its event return like kyogre)
in Gen IV theres going to be more than a few water weak pokemon, but not legendaries, with the exception of the best firetype in the game, Heatran
Actually, if they bring back Entei as a raid boss, your 15a Kyogre does hit a breakpoint, but not til lvl 40, that can't be reached with anything under 15 attack (deals 25dmg in rainy weather and 21dmg in other weather conditions). For powering up to 30, it won't make a difference, but if you were ever considering maxing it out, I would aim for the one with 15a.
Ya I noticed that, but I'm only level 34 currently so I figure kyogre will make a third run before I hit 40 and power up a second kyogre to 40 (as the 14/14/15def that I've got to 34 so far will be first) and entei comes out after that...
So hoping I can get a 91+ 15A kyogre from that run to power up at that time. For now this kyogre is just planning to make it into my A team for certain raids.
With regirock for example, kyogre hits a supreme point pretty late over Machamp... So to be fair I don't have great Machamp (only 2 with DP) but that's my thought process...
