Telegram\WhatsApp group for legits only w\o godlike admins?

So I'm kinda sick of my local groups. In me Telegram groups "admin is always right", and it kinda sucks, they can mute you or delete your messages if they don't like something, so I've quit.

Our whatsapp "flood" group was ok, no restrictions, I had fun there, but then lots of spoofers appeared there, and I'm sick of reading BS about spoofing in Santa Monica and god knows where else (I'm from Russia btw).

So I'm wandering if there's a nice small (or big, don't really care) group for legits only? Just for chatting, sharing the news and in-game experiences without absurd rulings? If the answer is yes, could you invite me, please? I'm lvl 40, not a casual player, so hopefully will be a good addition to such group. And, of course, I can send gifts from Russia :)

This Q&A forum was great before the flood of "add me, trainer code is XXXX" topics.

The problem of a modless group is - well, i has no moderation. Someone needs to moderate or the group will almost certainly and always devolve into a flame war or some other form of corruption. ...Just as yours did.

Spoofers don't operate with integrity. I mean, think about it? They pretend to be something they're not for a personal net gain. ...To even assume you'll create a new group that won't be infiltrated by spoofers is not only naive, but flat-out obtuse.

Of course, you can curb this by creating your own group and appointing yourself the sole moderator. You'll have full control over who is allowed in the group. You'll be able to make sure it's run in a manner that you feel is correct. And maintain the integrity (or as you put it, "legit") of the group.

But then - you will literally become the moderator and a living embodiment of your own complaints. Hypocrisy and Irony. You will run a moderated group to make sure it runs the way you want it to run.

Unmoderated groups sound great, but in practice I rarely see them work without some moderation.

Also worth noting, it's generally the problematic members of a group who have complaints with moderation. I'm not saying that's you. I don't know you. But in my experience it's generally the problematic members of a group who have a problem with being moderated.

All you say is right... I guess what I'm dreaming of is kinda utopia. I guess I'd rather have a very small "local" group with only those whom I'm playing with all the time, regular raiders, sorta say.

We have a completely legit discord group here in Hyderabad, India where we are kinda of a group that you mentioned above. Join us if you'd like to. You can find "Raiders of Gachibowli" on the Silph Road discord map. Don't expect very high activity coz we're just a group of 90 and most of us are working individuals who can just play in their free time. Also, no muting as well. Everyone is free to voice their opinions or suggestions.

Or maybe not. There's no searching, so can't just find the group, and there're lots of groups in India:) could you send me an invite?

Just ignore everything that bother you, and focus on what you like (raid info, etc)
Or if you lucky enough, you can make a small group that similar to your playing style
If not, well you just have to live with it. Have another trainer to raid legendaries is better than no one at all
