Another Articuno, or Snorlax?
if you haven't seen yet the next research break through is snorlax, with body slam, and i was wondering what woul dbe more worth while, another articuno, or snorlax?
i dont have snorlax, and while articuno's strong against rayquaza and groudon, theres other options for those. I wasn't around when snorlax had body slam as a standard move, so i dont know how good it is, and was wondering if it would be worth giving up an articuno for.it?
side note, i wonder if this means the rest of the legacy pokemon will come back, i want a shadow claw gengar

Body Slam Lax is a decentish defender, powered up, in an age where defenders, Blissey aside, are largely irrelevant. It's a strange one this, &, as pointed out in another thread, you have to wonder whether this is tied in with trading to somehow devalue legacy movesets. This moveset is one of the better legacy ones but would require a large investment to power up. Worth it I would say if gyms were redone but in the current meta, i think not.
I figured Shadow Claw Gengar would be the October CD star but now I'm not so sure. I'd prefer it that way just so I could get some high CP ones.
Body Slam Snorlax is cool but I don't think I've ever used him as an attacker and on defense, he's just more fodder for Machamp to tear through. I'd probably go with the extra Articuno power-up personally
The reintroduction to BS Snorlax really pisses me off. I was lucky enough to catch a 800-ish CP Snorlax with BS. It doesn't have the best IV's. It took me FOREVER to get it to level 39. I had it as my buddy for months + I did a ton of Snorlax raids. And now that Snorlax is valueless. What a ****ing joke! Good job, Niantic.
Another Articuno or a Snorlax?
Which do you personally want more?
Let's face it, they're both pretty blah. Anyone that's been playing a while likely has the Snorlax legacy move, and even if they don't they have a decent Snorlax powered up to a point where the legacy move becomes irrelevant. Articuno is a blah mon too. However, candy is harder to come by (though not by much).
At the end of the day I don't feel either one is good enough to feel like you are forced into taking one or the other. That is to say, pick whatever you want. it's lose/lose.
