Lucky egg for friendship xp?

Anyone know if leveling up your friendship status while having a lucky egg active will double it? If so, I’d let 20 friends sit at the 29 day mark and wait for them to gift me, then pop an egg and accept each of their gifts. Netting 2mil xp. Obviously with the last friendship would be more extreme but I’m looking short term for now.

Honestly the 1 week reward will be worth the egg also. 20 x 10,000 x2 = 400,000 xp. More then a half hour of evolves.

It'd be a whole lot easier if you tried to do the exact same thing except use two lucky eggs instead of just the one

So that’s your way of saying it won’t work?

I'm just comparing this plan with those that try to do three tier 5 raids on one lucky egg (during a double xp event). 40k XP times three...just a whole lot easier to find two sets of two tier 5 raids and use two lucky eggs
