Supreme Points

I was pretty sure there was a guide or article that mentioned the supreme point of legendary. It's the point(level) it surpasses the non legendary best mon at lvl 40 of same type. I was searching for an half hour but didn' t find it. I was searching Breakpoint calc , best attackers per type etc. Did i just missed it or it was removed?
