If you're facing a mon with a single weakness to rock and electric (i.e. most flying-types), RT/WC would be the best moveset, seeing as RT>VS, and WC>SE and RB. Double weaknesses change the picture, but with a partly-cloudy boost for instance, RT/WC can't be too far off VS/WC.
Either way, I haven't had a look at Pokebattler just yet.

Alolan Golem, Double Rock or combo?
So I seen the moveset for the alolan Pokémon and I think Alolan Golem with Rock Throw+Wild Charge would be by and far the best moveset. Some could argue double rock for Pokémon 4x weak but even if something is double weak to Electric I think Rock Throw would be better suited. Only asking thoughts as I just thought Alolan Golem was pretty cool anyways. Would want to replace some regular ones too
