How was your Mudkip Festival?

lol It was Totodile for me. Same report as you, no shinies (not even Kyogre), some good hatches, a bunch of water types present during Larvitar day, and a boatload of stardust (a sizeable chunk of which I blew through on a second Raikou because I got tired of Blizzard Kyogre handing my ass to me).

About all that happened: Caught a level 28 Mudkip 15/15/13. And a magikarp level 14 15/15/14. 0 for 27 searching for Kyogre shiny. Wife and son got a level 26 100% slowpoke, so must have spawned in my living room and I threw it away on my 40.

Hatched a perfect Totodile. Caught 50-100. Hatched 5-10 with low IV's.
Caught 50-100ish Mudkip, 5-10 that are 90%+. Hatched 10-15.
Caught 150-200 Magicarp; 5 that are 90%+ (including 2 96% A/H 15). Caught 1 Shiny Magikarp.
Caught more than 200 - 3 90%+ Wailmer. Hatched 5ish, caught 5-10 from Research Quests. No Shiny for me.
Caught 200 wild Shellder. Hatched 5-10, caught 10-15 from Research Quests.No Shiny for me.
Caught 5 Seels. 3 of them 93%+. Arf arf arf.
Wasted 200+ balls throwing at Chinchoo. Why? Cuz... dammit. Stardust.
Caught 5 Lapras via Research Quests, including a 96% A/D 15.
Caught 10ish Crockonaw, 10ish Wartortle, 1 Swampert.

Got about 500,000 Stardust.
Caught a 93% A/H 15 Kyogre. No Shiny for me.
Caught a 86% A/15 Poliwrath... which was Level 1. In the Wild.

Meh. Kinda happy it's over.

I caught 2 shiny kyogre (89% and 84%), a low IV shiny shellder, a low IV shiny swablu, and a low IV shiny wailmer.

I hatched a 100% totodile and a 98% barboach.

My best kyogres was a pair of 96%s which I would be happy about except that my brother, who does a lot fewer raids than I do, caught two 100%s. I also caught a 98% vaporeon in a raid which I doubt I will ever level up but will probably keep just because it was caught outside the Louvre.

From catches I didn't get anything event related that I am really excited about. I suppose the best was a 96% magikarp, a 96% shellder, and a 93% squirtle (which I will evolve during the next community day).

I was away overseas in Europe during part of the event so I was actually much most excited about the 98% voltbeat and 93% Mr. Mime's that I caught than any of the water pokemon.

when does our next event start? This one has been over for more than a half hour!

I don't know about you guys but caught me a shiny Magikarp and Wailmer!!

I really enjoyed this event, but also glad it's over.
Shinies: Shellder (lousy IV), weather boosted Kyogre (nice IV)
Wild catches: Several 98%, among them Lotad and Wailmer
Hatches: Several additional 96-98% Mons in addition to 96% and 100% Larvitars (leftovers from Adventure week) which became double rock Tyranitars on CD.
But the best thing was the stardust which was used to max out my 100% Alolan Exeggutor and a couple of other 100% (including Jolteon used for Kyogre)

I caught 3 Shiny Kyogres in 22 tries. And there my luck is over. All of them are below 80%, best non-shiny one is 91% and no single 96%+ catch or hatch. No other shiny. My best mon was 96% Lapras from quest.

Shinies: *NONE* (Omanyte from Rock event doesn't count)
Best Wild: NONE/Maybe 96% Squirtle if you ignore the fact I already have a perfect Wartortle (Caught a crap Beldum today after the event though omg)
Stardust: Maybe 250,000?
Egg: NONE, all garbage

In summary, NOTHING GOOD, NIANTIC!

Stardust count jumped from just under 1.3M to just over 2M.
Caught a shiny Wailmer. Earned a 96% Lapras, 98% Magikarp and shiny 93% Magikarp from research. Finally have a wonder Kyogre (87%) and enough Feebas candy to turn my hatched wonder into a level 30 Milotic. Three new silver gyms and another two gyms now 90% way to gold.
