Ready button for raids

I agree.
A rotating reset button would be nice too for the opposite problem. The first person to join would get it. Then it would pass to the second person, if used. Once everyone is "Ready" the raid would go regardless of the clock. That would allow a lot more flexibility for raiding groups.

Part of the reason for the delay is to allow groups to form. Three people go to start a raid, and there's a 2 minute window when a fourth can join them. That's by design.

Now, for tier 1-3 raids, where most people solo, and have a team ready, waiting two minutes is a pain. I could see it there. But it should only be available if one starts a private raid, so you have to take a small extra step to get it - the default should still allow group play.

Definitely for tier 1 and 2. Have 3 and 4 tier buttons pop up in the last minute of the lobby. No button for legendary and ex raids

It has been said SO MANY TIMES on SO MANY SITES by SO MANY PEOPLE that we can only conclude that Niantic don't want to do something that a massive number of players have asked for many many times...unfortunately.
