Community Day Incense

So I know lures work during community day to attract the community day mon. How does incense do in everyone's past experiences on attracting the community day mon?

They work, but They are not extended for 3 hours. In my experience they work better when you are in a park with many CD spawns. In a residential area they tend to attract less CD mons. Its also dependent on weather.

I used incense on the first CD...and felt it was effective enough that I now run one for the entire time that CD runs.
I do/did have a stack of them that I never used that I got as 'fillers' in some of the packages we have been offered, but now I like to make sure I have one going at all times.

1 pink dratini and at least 2 orange Pika's have come from them, that I can be sure were incense spawns.
