I got Magikarp, Mudkip, Wailmer, Tentacool, Kabuto and Omanyte. Just one batch so far, haven’t seen Larvitar yet.

Someone in my raid group had Lapras in 2k ,but i think its limited to water types only.

So far, in my experience, it does seem that only water types are hatching from the 2k eggs I've picked up since the event started. My hatches have been:
Mudkip x3
Squirtle x5
Totodile x1
Shellder x4
Barboach x2
Lapras x2
Kabuto x1
Wailmer x1
Magikarp x1
Tentacool x1
Slowpoke x2

Only Water types. Lots of Mudkip, Squirtle and Totodile, tho - more of them than the other types combined. Which is actually kinda nice - getting a significant amount of candy for future Community Days. Now if I could just get some high IV Pokémon ...
