Nothing rated 8.5 or higher on type lists.
So what pokemon would become 9+ Ratings if only they had some move.....
I originally was going to say no 8 or higher but there really aren't many pokemon worth anything at less than 8.
Kingler has good offensive stats but worthless moves. I would replace Vice Grip with Submission (If you have ever seen a crab fight this is not farfetched) This would result into a niche attacker into Lapras. This would make him 8/10 instead of 7,5/10
On Charizard replacing Dragon Claw with Hurricane would result into the best Flying attacker. But i believe he would stay on 8,5/10
Kabutops with Rock Throw. Like what does it need Fury Cutter for? I'm still salty about Omastar. Pair it with Stone Edge and it would probably be better than Omastar's RT / RS moveset.
GIve Mageneton Thunderbolt. No idea why Magnemite has it but Niantic felt the need to remove it from Magneton to make room for Flash Cannon instead of removing Discharge or Magnet Bomb.
Give Jynx Ice Beam or Blizzard, get rid of Draining Kiss. Don't think it'd become 9, probably up from 7.5 to 8.5, same as Cloyster's rating. It would pretty much have the same use - niche Dragontie attacker, but mediocre defender.
Acid and Poison Jab are identical moves with Poison Jab inexplicably having 2 more power. Tentacruel has both of them.
There's really no reason for that. So, since Tentacruel has way more potential as a defender than as an attacker and Tentacool learns the move anyway... I'd swap Acid for Bubble.
He's the 7th tankiest pokemon in the game and has typing that is somewhat difficult to counter. Giving him the best defensive quick move in the game would probably give him enough teeth to make him a solid defender despite his lowish CP.
