Legendary Pokemon Guide page - Access Denied?

There was a guide by GamePress that listed all current legendary Pokemon and had them rated by overall strength, strength in regard to other legendaries, and future usefulness (IIRC). I always found it super useful and have been trying to access it today. I keep getting the message "Access Denied. You are not authorized to access this page." Anyone else having this issue?
