Tier 5 Raids
Is it just me or have the Tier 5 raids been cut drastically lately? In NYC, since the switch from Latios to Latias took place there just hardly ever seem to be any Tier 5 raids. And since they added Ho-oh when I do see a Tier 5 it is always Ho-oh. I have only battled Latias one time and didn't catch it, and I am starting to worry I may end up not getting one at all.

After reading some other boards it seems like a lot of people are seeing a general decline in the number of raids overall, which could be the same here. I only focus on the Tier 5s so I might not have noticed that all raids have been declining.
Right no from my office I can see 15 gyms, two have pink eggs, one has a Mawile raid and one has a Machamp raid.
In my local raiding area in England, raids themselves haven't declined but i'm seeing more T5 raids pop up in the early hours when nobody is available to raid, some in the morning, a dry period until the afternoon for most cases and then an increase in T5s later on but many going undone because of the distance between them and only being able to do maybe 2 of 4 in an hour. However, a more painful point is that people are not doing Latios and only Ho-Oh unless they are desperate to get rid of their previous daily raid pass. This seems to be a recurring thing whenever there are more than one T5 raid boss around at any given time (this is mainly just poor raid etiquette but has been brought on by Niantic introducing a second T5 boss whilst one is already in rotation).
Are other people having a similar issue, people only raiding one rather than both?
