What legendary pokemon do you have the worst catch ratio on?

i have awful ratios for all of the beasts and kyogre. moltres also gave me issues. here's my order

1) Raikou- 18-55
2) Entei- 12-21
3) Suicine- 8-21
4) Kyogre 9-24
5) Moltres 11-25
and for good measure 6) lugia 7-17

Keep in mind my dumb ass didnt start throwing curve balls until ho-oh came out. kyogre for me was the toughest catch on curveballs.

I had the same challenge with Latios for some reason. 15/43 for Latios. Currently sitting at 15/22 for Latias... I usually end up right around 50% catch rate for basically all legnedaries except for Latios.

I have 59 of 67 with this one. By best ratio.
