Viability of Latias
I caught a 100 IV Latias yesterday and was wondering about its viability. Right now it is not very usefull since I already have a couple of good psycho Mons for e.g. soloing Machamp, and my Dragon Squad is OK with lvl 38 Rayquaza and lvl 36 & 40 Dragonite.
Apart from the Trophy-Status, do you think it can be of any viable use?
I hope Psychic will become a two bar move again, because that would probably make it awesome.

While I agree that Latias isn't an incredibly viable legendary in a DPS-centric metagame, I don't quite see how its worse than Suicune. At least Latias gets quick moves with STAB.
That said, to the OP, I probably wouldn't invest much into a Latias unless you have piles of dust and candy sitting around that you're looking to burn. While Latias is fairly tanky, her damage output is very mediocre (when compared to the "big 3" dragons: Rayquaza, Dragonite, and Salamence) which isn't exactly what you're looking for in a Dragon-type.
Much better than Suicune. Latias has the DPS to solo Machamp if it reaches the ZH breakpoint at level 31.5 and ranks in top 10 TDO for that raid. Which isn't exactly good, but at least you can somewhat use it if you happen to love Latias.
Suicune on the other hand is completely worthless (which is due to the bad stat conversion and legendaries being excluded from gym defense. Suicune should be one of the best tanks in the game).
Latias is more useful than most pokemon.
It's probably the best gym sweeper in game for low motivation gyms.
DB/DC works better for the dodge all crowd then the higher damage DT.O set.
Secondary Typing of Psychic instead of flying means you gain relative to Dragonite/Rayz/Salm resistance to Psychic moves which many common defenders have (Zen/Conf)
With Dragon Claw/Outrage, Latias is very nice, potion efficient gym sweeper - like Lugia, but with better attack. That's the best usage of it IMO. Zen Headbutt/Psychic is inferior to Lugia with Extrasensory/Future Sight (each attack is 20% better for Lugia), which more than makes up for the difference in attack.
