Mew worth the dust/RC?

Mew is not the absolute best at anything, but is the ultimate swiss army knife pokemon; he can be kind of ok at almost anything. GP says he is worth considering as an ice attacker. He is also cute as a button in the arena. I had fun powering him up, but I wouldn't recommend it from purely pragmatic reasons.

I don't plan to use any RC on Mew.

Mine's IVs aren't great but it's an 84 overall. If it were a 98 or 100 then I might just as a lark over time, but otherwise Mew doesn't do much for me practically speaking.

Mew is the second best ice attacker, next only to Articuno. Mew can pull ahead if the defender has Rock charge move because Articuno is 2x weak to rock.

BTW, Jynx has high DPS but she is too glassy and also weak to rock like all the top ice attackers.

I maxed mine out because it ended up being my RC dump when I was in a hurry during the last day of grinding my ranger medal and afterwards felt like rewarding myself. Haven't TM'd it to a useable moveset yet, I'm not comfortable with doing that with 15/25 TMs in my bag.

I figure I'll use it for giggles as a gym generalist every now and then but there isn't really anything that it could do that I don't have better pokemon for already.
