Fake "Perfect" Pokemon

Because of the way HP IV rounds, and you don't always get HP increase every half level power up.

It is possible for a 98% Pokemon with 15 attack/defense 14 hp
to be exactly the same function as a 100% Pokemon

The most famous example of this is Rayz.

Does anyone know of any other "Fake" Perfects.

what does 'same function' means? same cp?

The CP is different, but the rounding sometimes causes 15a/15d/15s and 15a/15d/14s to have the same amount of HP. If the formulas ever change in the future, there might be a difference between them.

Tyranitar, at level 40, a Tyranitar with 14 stamina has the same hp as a 15 stamina one.

Blissey is a "Fake perfect" (I think Chansey is too)

I believe rayquaza is one. I’ve got one with 14 hp stat about to max so can confirm soon
