This is my battle team:
1 Rayquaza
DT/O L29 (still powering up)

5 Dnites
2x DT/O L39, L30.5,
DT/DM, L34 (shiny, mediocre IVs)
DB/O, L34
DB/DC, L30.5

I dodge all charge moves as far as possible, even against Outrage. Manually swap if dodge glitched. Hyper potions on all team members on rejoin.

What do you guys use against Lati@s?

This is mine:
Lvl 37 (15/15/14) DT/O Rayquaza
5x Lvl 36-40 (all 93%+ 15atk) DT/O Dragonite.

But your story is cooler

Because in our area where only few player are considered active...

A good number of players can get 75-80% of a perfect squad, but in most cases it'll be how many raids will you be able to complete. Finished 23 Latios and got two 96s and two boosted 91s. Out of necessity some need an almost perfect squad. However, in other areas...building perfect dragons to beat things you "want" but don't want to power up isn't a super idea.
